Meditation
Open your mind, still your body and free
your spirit to be more receptive to the
healing energy of crystals.
1.
Surround yourself with as much quiet as possible.
2.
Make yourself comfortable.
3.
Apply some essential oil blend (if using) to your hands and inhale the
aroma.
4.
Hold your crystal with both hands, spreading the oil on the crystal.
5. Close your eyes and feel the energy of the crystal in your hands.
Inhale the aroma of the oils periodically.
6. Imagine this crystal energy flowing up your arms and into your shoulders
and chest.
7.
Allow it to fill your chest and heart.
8.
Let it flow up into your head.
9. When the crystal energy reaches the center of your mind it starts to see
your thoughts.
10. One by one, each thought floats towards the crystal energy and
disappears into it.
11. This happens again and again until all
your thoughts have floated away.
12. Now the crystal energy drifts slowly
down your body.
13. It flows back past your chest and surrounds your heart, gently bathing
your heart in clear, calm crystal energy.
14. From your heart, this energy flows into your belly and pelvis,
down your legs and into your feet and through your toes,
until your whole body is filled with clear, calm crystal energy.
15. Allow yourself to bathe in this crystal
energy for several minutes.
16. Just relax and enjoy it.
17. Let it wash away any worries,
discomfort or pain you may be feeling.
18. When you feel you are ready, slowly
become aware of your body.
19. Notice how it feels.
20. Slowly open your eyes and enjoy your
space as you look around you.
